Not sure if it lived up to the Yelp hype. Perhaps I just don't know what fresh uni tastes like. This uni just didn't have the 'hit you in the face' taste as i've experienced before...seemed pretty bland. And we didn't experience the 'still wriggling around' freshness as other yelpers did. Maybe just an off day.
